This lesson will explore the question:
How can we measure or assess the situation of the woman artist today using statistics?

How many women artists do you believe are working today?
If you were to describe this in percentage terms as a proportion of all artists working today, what would you estimate it to be?

Amongst all artists, there are

What level of representation would you regard as “fair” or “representative” for women artists?
Would group exhibitions be "representative" if there were:

Is the present situation today better or worse than at any other moment in history?

Would you say the proportion of women artists amongst all artists is more or less in North America if it was compared with Asia?

Would you say the proportion of women artists amongst all artists living and working in Europe was more or less than in North America?

Is it different in South America when compared to Africa?

And in Canada compared to Australia?

Or in Russia compared to China?

Or in South Africa compared to Sweden?

Or in Brazil compared to India?
